Care Bears X Vacanza

I was responsible for the keyframe art and illustrations. I collaborated with the director to establish a 2D visual direction; after extensive research, we decided on an early American comic book style. At the same time, the characters needed to align with current IP standards. Therefore, I focused on blending the modern character designs with the vintage comic aesthetic to create a nostalgic yet contemporary look. I produced two long-format illustrations and character keyframes for the animators to use in production and in-betweening.
